By using Odds Observer (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
Odds Observer is an information service that compares odds published by third-party bookmakers. We do not accept bets, hold funds or act on behalf of any bookmaker.
2. Age
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal age for gambling in your country, if higher). Gambling may be restricted or illegal where you live; it is your responsibility to comply with local law.
3. Accuracy
Odds change constantly and are collected automatically. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and events may be matched incorrectly. All information is provided "as is" without any warranty. Always check the odds and the terms on the bookmaker's site before placing a bet. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or reliance on its information.
4. Third-party sites
Links to bookmakers take you to websites we do not control. Their own terms, privacy policies and licensing apply. We are not responsible for their content, services or conduct.
5. Acceptable use
- You may read the site and its Markdown versions, including with automated agents and AI assistants, at a reasonable rate.
- You may not overload the site, attempt to bypass security, or resell the data as a feed without our written permission.
- Content and design are protected; bookmaker names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
6. Accounts and the MCP server
- You may sign in with a Google account to keep favourite bookmakers and to connect AI agents through our MCP server (guide). One account per person; keep your Google account secure.
- The MCP server is free and read-only. It is rate limited per account; automated use must stay within those limits, and the data may not be resold or redistributed as a feed.
- We may block an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the MCP server. You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current one; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
